ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Mada HR is recruiting on behalf of A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consultancy organization delivering major building, infrastructure, and construction-supervision projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute to a major mixed-use development in Riyadh.

JOB SUMMARY
Lead the supervision and technical coordination of mechanical works on a major development, ensuring quality, constructability, compliance, and timely delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead review of mechanical design documents, shop drawings, calculations, method statements, and material submissions.
• Direct and coordinate site supervision activities for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and related systems.
• Provide technical guidance to inspectors and junior engineers.
• Resolve complex technical issues and coordinate interfaces with other disciplines.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality, and compliance with approved requirements.
• Review testing and commissioning plans, results, and system handover documentation.
• Support change evaluation, technical clarifications, and claims assessment.
• Participate in progress, coordination, and technical meetings.
• Ensure non-conformities are properly recorded, corrected, and closed.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations for project leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum required experience: 12+ years.
• Extensive experience in major or mixed-use developments.
• Strong leadership and multidisciplinary coordination capability.
• Thorough knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, quality control, and commissioning.
• Client-specific requirement: Experience in similar Mega projects

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT

COMPENSATION
Monthly package of up to ⃁ 22,000, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability for the position.
