Job Description

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Mada HR is recruiting on behalf of A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consultancy organization delivering major building, infrastructure, and construction-supervision projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute to a large-scale residential villa development in Makkah.

JOB SUMMARY
Support the supervision and delivery of mechanical works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, applicable codes, and project schedules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise mechanical works performed by contractors and subcontractors.
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and related systems as applicable.
• Inspect completed work and verify compliance with approved documents and project requirements.
• Review inspection requests and identify non-conforming work requiring corrective action.
• Coordinate mechanical activities with architectural, civil, structural, and electrical disciplines.
• Monitor progress and report delays, technical issues, quality concerns, and site constraints.
• Participate in technical meetings and support resolution of site queries.
• Review as-built documentation, testing records, snag lists, and handover files.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and progress reports.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum required experience: 10 years.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building systems and construction supervision practices.
• Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, and contractor submissions.
• Good reporting, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Client-specific requirement: 1- Experience in superstructure projects 2-Availability within one month is preferred.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
Priority will be given to qualified Saudi candidates who meet the technical and experience requirements.

COMPENSATION
Monthly package of up to ⃁ 13,500, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability for the position.
