ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Mada HR is recruiting on behalf of A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consultancy organization delivering major building, infrastructure, and construction-supervision projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute to a major mixed-use development in Riyadh.

JOB SUMMARY
Inspect mechanical installation works and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, material approvals, quality plans, and safety requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct daily inspections of mechanical works.
• Verify materials and equipment against approved submissions.
• Review inspection requests and document inspection results.
• Check installation quality for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and associated systems.
• Identify defects and non-conforming work and follow up corrective actions.
• Witness tests and commissioning activities as assigned.
• Coordinate inspection priorities with engineers and contractors.
• Maintain inspection records, photographs, and status logs.
• Support snagging, closeout, and handover inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum required experience: 10 years.
• Relevant inspection experience on major construction projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and inspection checklists.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting discipline.
• Client-specific requirement: Experience in similar Mega projects

COMPENSATION
Monthly package of up to ⃁ 8,500, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability for the position.
