Mada HR is committed to handling candidate, employer, and platform information responsibly.

Our job platform may process CVs, contact details, profile information, job applications, employer details, and recruitment-related communications. We aim to apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to support the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information handled through the platform.

2. Security Measures

Mada HR may use a combination of website, administrative, and access-control measures to help protect platform information. These measures may include:

Candidates and employers should:

Mada HR is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by a user’s failure to protect their login credentials.

4. Candidate Information

Candidate CVs and profile information may be processed for recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, and career-related purposes.

Candidate information may be visible to employers when a candidate applies to a job, when the candidate profile is made available through platform features, or when Mada HR identifies a suitable opportunity, subject to platform settings and applicable procedures.

Mada HR aims to limit access to candidate information to relevant recruitment and workforce-related purposes.

5. Employer Information

Employer account information, company profiles, job postings, and recruitment requests are used to support job publication, candidate matching, recruitment services, staffing, outsourcing, and HR advisory activities.

Employers are responsible for ensuring that submitted job posts and company information are accurate, lawful, and professionally appropriate.

6. Use of Candidate Data by Employers

Employers must use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment and workforce-related purposes.

Employers must not misuse candidate data, share it without proper authorization, publish it externally, or use it for unrelated marketing, spam, or unauthorized contact.

7. Platform Monitoring and Misuse

Mada HR may review, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts, job posts, candidate profiles, or content where there is suspected misuse, inaccurate information, inappropriate activity, unauthorized access, or breach of platform rules.

Examples of misuse may include:

  • Fake employer or candidate accounts
  • Misleading job posts
  • Unauthorized collection of candidate data
  • Spam, harassment, or abusive communication
  • Uploading harmful or unlawful content
  • Attempting to bypass platform security
