ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Mada HR is recruiting on behalf of A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consultancy organization delivering major building, infrastructure, and construction-supervision projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute to a major mixed-use development in Riyadh.

JOB SUMMARY
Lead architectural review and site coordination for a major mixed-use development, ensuring design intent, quality, constructability, and multidisciplinary integration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead review of architectural drawings, shop drawings, materials, samples, and mock-ups.
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior disciplines.
• Resolve design and site coordination issues.
• Monitor architectural works, finishes, façade, waterproofing, and fit-out quality.
• Review contractor submissions, RFIs, and technical proposals.
• Provide guidance to inspectors and project teams.
• Participate in design, coordination, progress, and quality meetings.
• Support change review, snagging, handover, and closeout documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum required experience: 12+ years.
• Extensive experience on major or mixed-use developments.
• Strong design-review, construction-supervision, and coordination capability.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, façade systems, and architectural quality.
• Client-specific requirement: Experience in similar Mega projects

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
Priority will be given to qualified Saudi candidates who meet the technical and experience requirements.

COMPENSATION
Monthly package of up to ⃁ 22,000, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability for the position.
