ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Mada HR is recruiting on behalf of A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consultancy organization delivering major building, infrastructure, and construction-supervision projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute to a residential landscaping development in Riyadh.

JOB SUMMARY
Inspect landscape and external works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inspect softscape, hardscape, irrigation, planting, paving, and external works.
• Verify materials, plant species, samples, and workmanship against approvals.
• Review inspection requests and record findings.
• Monitor contractor progress and identify defects or non-conforming work.
• Coordinate with landscape architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Witness testing and commissioning of irrigation systems where applicable.
• Maintain inspection records, photographs, and snag lists.
• Support final inspections, handover, and maintenance-period reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum required experience: 8 years.
• Relevant landscape inspection experience.
• Knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and quality-control practices.
• Strong attention to detail and site-reporting skills.

COMPENSATION
Monthly package of up to ⃁ 8,000, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability for the position.
