ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Mada HR is recruiting on behalf of A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consultancy organization delivering major building, infrastructure, and construction-supervision projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute to a large-scale residential villa development in Makkah.

JOB SUMMARY
Inspect civil and structural construction works to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and project procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inspect excavation, foundations, concrete, reinforcement, masonry, waterproofing, and related civil works.
• Review inspection requests and verify readiness before inspection.
• Check materials, workmanship, dimensions, levels, and test results.
• Identify defects and non-conforming work and follow up corrective actions.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, laboratories, and survey teams.
• Maintain inspection reports, photographs, and status logs.
• Support snagging, completion inspections, and handover.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum required experience: 10 years.
• Relevant inspection experience on building or superstructure projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and inspection checklists.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Client-specific requirement: 1- Experience in superstructure projects 2-Availability within one month is preferred.

COMPENSATION
Monthly package of up to ⃁ 9,000, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability for the position.
