ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Mada HR is recruiting on behalf of A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consultancy organization delivering major building, infrastructure, and construction-supervision projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute to a large-scale residential villa development in Makkah.

JOB SUMMARY
Provide quantity surveying and commercial support for project delivery, including measurement, valuation, cost control, variations, and contract administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and verify quantity take-offs and measurements.
• Review contractor payment applications and supporting documentation.
• Assess variations, change orders, and claims.
• Maintain cost records, forecasts, and commercial reports.
• Review bills of quantities and reconcile executed quantities.
• Support procurement and tender evaluations where required.
• Coordinate with engineering and site teams to validate progress.
• Assist with final account preparation and contract closeout.
• Identify cost risks and recommend mitigation actions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum required experience: 10 years.
• Strong experience in superstructure or building projects where required.
• Knowledge of measurement, valuation, contract administration, and cost reporting.
• Good analytical, commercial, and documentation skills.
• Client-specific requirement: 1- Experience in superstructure projects 2-Availability within one month is preferred.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
Priority will be given to qualified Saudi candidates who meet the technical and experience requirements.

COMPENSATION
Monthly package of up to ⃁ 12,000, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability for the position.
