ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Mada HR is recruiting on behalf of A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consultancy organization delivering major building, infrastructure, and construction-supervision projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute to a large-scale residential villa development in Makkah.

JOB SUMMARY
Manage health, safety, environment, and compliance activities for a major construction project, with emphasis on proactive risk control and site assurance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement and monitor HSEC plans, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk reviews, and compliance monitoring.
• Review contractor HSEC documentation and high-risk work controls.
• Investigate incidents and track corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor safety performance, environmental controls, and workforce compliance.
• Support emergency preparedness, training, and awareness programmes.
• Prepare dashboards, statistics, reports, and management recommendations.
• Coordinate HSEC matters with project leadership and contractors.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum required experience: 10 years.
• OSHA and NEBOSH certifications are required.
• Experience in superstructure construction projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of HSEC systems, audits, risk management, and incident investigation.
• Client-specific requirement: 1-OSHA & NEBOSH certifications 2- experience in superstructure projects

COMPENSATION
Monthly package of up to ⃁ 16,000, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability for the position.
