ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Mada HR is recruiting on behalf of A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consultancy organization delivering major building, infrastructure, and construction-supervision projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute to a major infrastructure development in Riyadh.
JOB SUMMARY
Support the design review, supervision, and delivery of roads and associated infrastructure works in accordance with approved standards and project requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review road design drawings, profiles, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Supervise earthworks, subgrade, base course, asphalt, kerbs, drainage, and road furniture.
• Inspect workmanship, materials, testing, and compliance.
• Review method statements, inspection requests, and material approvals.
• Coordinate road works with utilities, drainage, traffic, and other disciplines.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and site constraints.
• Review test results and non-conformance corrective actions.
• Support snagging, as-built review, and handover documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum required experience: 8+ years.
• Relevant experience in roads and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of road construction, materials, testing, and applicable standards.
• Strong site supervision and technical-reporting skills.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
Priority will be given to qualified Saudi candidates who meet the technical and experience requirements.
COMPENSATION
Monthly package of up to 12,000, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability for the position.
