ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Mada HR is recruiting on behalf of A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consultancy organization delivering major building, infrastructure, and construction-supervision projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute to a major infrastructure development in Riyadh.

JOB SUMMARY
Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a major infrastructure project, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholder objectives are achieved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and change control.
• Chair project meetings and drive action closure.
• Monitor contractor performance and resolve delivery constraints.
• Review programmes, progress reports, forecasts, and recovery plans.
• Manage interfaces, approvals, authorities, and stakeholder communications.
• Support contractual, commercial, and claims-related matters.
• Ensure effective governance, documentation, and escalation.
• Oversee commissioning, handover, and project closeout.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum required experience: 15+ years.
• Extensive project-management experience, preferably in infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, contract-management, reporting, and stakeholder skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
Priority will be given to qualified Saudi candidates who meet the technical and experience requirements.

COMPENSATION
Monthly package of up to ⃁ 22,000, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability for the position.
