ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Mada HR is recruiting on behalf of A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consultancy organization delivering major building, infrastructure, and construction-supervision projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute to a major mixed-use development in Riyadh.

JOB SUMMARY
Support implementation of project health, safety, and environmental requirements, ensuring safe work practices and compliance across site activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor compliance with the project HSE plan and applicable regulations.
• Conduct inspections, audits, toolbox reviews, and safety observations.
• Review contractor risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work controls.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Track corrective actions and verify closure.
• Deliver or support HSE inductions, briefings, and awareness activities.
• Monitor high-risk activities and emergency preparedness.
• Prepare HSE statistics, reports, and trend analysis.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams to improve HSE performance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum required experience: 10+ years.
• OSHA and NEBOSH certifications are required where stated.
• Strong HSE experience on major construction or mega projects.
• Good knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and site safety controls.
• Client-specific requirement: 1-OSHA & NEBOSH certifications 2- Experience in similar Mega projects

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
This vacancy is intended for qualified Saudi candidates.

COMPENSATION
Monthly package of up to ⃁ 18,000, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability for the position.
