ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Mada HR is recruiting on behalf of A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consultancy organization delivering major building, infrastructure, and construction-supervision projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute to a major commercial development in Riyadh.

JOB SUMMARY
Lead project controls for a major development, covering planning, scheduling, progress measurement, cost control, risk, reporting, and performance governance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule and control procedures.
• Establish progress measurement, reporting, and forecasting methods.
• Review contractor baseline schedules, updates, recovery plans, and delay analyses.
• Monitor milestones, critical path, productivity, and schedule risks.
• Coordinate cost, schedule, risk, and change-control information.
• Prepare executive dashboards and periodic performance reports.
• Support earned value, trend analysis, and variance explanations.
• Facilitate project controls meetings and action tracking.
• Assess impacts of changes and support claims and extension-of-time reviews.
• Provide recommendations to improve delivery performance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum required experience: 10 years.
• Strong experience in project controls on major or mega projects.
• Advanced planning and scheduling capability, including Primavera P6 or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills.
• Client-specific requirement: Experience in similar Mega projects

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
Priority will be given to qualified Saudi candidates who meet the technical and experience requirements.

COMPENSATION
Monthly package of up to ⃁ 22,000, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability for the position.
