ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Mada HR is recruiting on behalf of A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consultancy organization delivering major building, infrastructure, and construction-supervision projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute to a large-scale residential villa development in Makkah.

JOB SUMMARY
Lead site supervision and coordinate multidisciplinary delivery for a major residential development, acting as the senior technical representative on site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the site supervision team and coordinate all engineering disciplines.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Review technical submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and material approvals.
• Chair site coordination and progress meetings.
• Resolve technical and construction issues and escalate critical risks.
• Review contractor programmes, recovery plans, and progress reports.
• Ensure inspection, testing, non-conformance, and closeout processes are effective.
• Coordinate with the client, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Support assessment of variations, claims, and contractual matters.
• Oversee snagging, commissioning, handover, and project documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum required experience: 15+ years.
• Substantial experience in project management and construction supervision.
• Experience with aluminum formwork building systems is required.
• Strong leadership, contract administration, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Client-specific requirement: Experience in 1- Project Management 2- Aluminum Formwork building system

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
Priority will be given to qualified Saudi candidates who meet the technical and experience requirements.

COMPENSATION
Monthly package of up to ⃁ 20,000, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability for the position.
